Pharmacology usuage-
Triamcinolone and its parts are processed glucocorticoids  used for their   inflammation suppressive  properties.

Mechanism Of Action:
The antiinflammatory impacts of corticosteroids include  through inhibition of arachidonic acid, phospholipase A2 inhibitory proteins,  lipocortins which control the
biosynthesis of leukotrienesand  prostaglandins . The immune system is controlled by corticosteroids
because of  a drop in immunoglobulin and complement concentrations,  lymphocytopenia  precipitation, an impairment in the working of the lymphatic system and  disruption of binding of  antibody-antigen.

There is  concern that  triamcinolone Acetonide  has steroid effects which last for days.
